Ordering and Refund Policies

ORDERS:
Orders may be placed through this website, over the phone to 07 3274 2530, or by visiting our shop at Acacia Ridge in Brisbane.
Paid orders, received before 12 noon on a working day, are usually posted the same day. Other orders are posted once the funds have arrived in our account.

We accept the following forms of Payment.

Through this website:
SIMPLIFY Credit Card Gateway. Make a secure credit card payment using Visa, Mastercard or AMEX with no additional transaction fees through Simplify – the credit card gateway powered by the Commonwealth Bank

Schools and Churches:
We offer schools, P&Cs  and churches a 28 day account. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like this option.

Over the Phone:
To place your order, and provide your card details for payment, please call our friendly staff on 07 3274 2530 during business hours – 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holiday weekends.

In our Shop:
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, EFTPOS Afterpay and Zippay are available if you choose to pick up your order from our shop.

REFUNDS:
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time
you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

WARRANTY CLAIMS:
We are authorised stockists for everything we sell. Each product is backed by its manufacturer’s warranty which is valid in Australia. The terms and conditions of warranties vary between brands. Please check the information that came with the product or on the manufacturer’s website for details of the warranty pertaining to your item.
You should remember to keep the original invoice as proof of purchase to speed up your claim. Many products also allow you to register the warranty online, often with extended coverage if you do so.
We will assist you to apply for the warranty claim so that your product can be replaced or repaired under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty as quickly as possible.
