Shipping & Returns

POSTAGE and FREIGHT...

All items are checked prior to posting and fragile items have insurance included in the delivery charge.

We use Australia Post eParcel Registered Mail, with signature required on delivery, for single parcels under 22kg and for parcels shorter than 105cm.
Our website postage calculator will work out the price of your postage.

Using Australia Post, we can deliver to both street addresses and P.O. Boxes.

Each eParcel has its own tracking number and its journey can be followed on line at www.eparcel.com.au

Someone will need to be there to sign for the parcel when it arrives.

In the event that no-one's home, the postie should leave a calling card to let you know the post office from which you can pick up the parcel.

When a parcel is posted with insurance paid, you should check the parcel for damage and, if you think the contents have been damaged in transit, you should notify us so we can claim on the insurance for you BEFORE you sign for the parcel. Once you have signed for the parcel, all insurance ceases. These are Australia Post's rules and we have to abide by them.

Our shopping cart software will provide a postage quote for your order and include this in your total as you go through the check out. If the parcel is too large or too heavy to be carried by Australia Post the calculator will ask you to call us for a quote on freight.

For items over 22kg or longer than 105cm we use TNT Road Express.

Usually, when you are completing the checkout process, these orders will show as too large for Australia Post but you should be able to complete the checkout process anyway. We will then either phone or email you to let you know the TNT charges. We only pass on to you what TNT charge us.

We also use TNT for multiple items going to the same address as they are usually cheaper than Australia Post for this type of delivery.

Once again, the parcel has a unique number and is trackable on line

If we have your email address we'll email you a copy of the TNT delivery schedule for your parcel.

If a parcel seems to be taking a longer time than usual to arrive with you, please let us know and we'll perform a track and trace to see where it is!

RETURNS

All sales are final

We do not refund or exchange items if you change your mind or if you order too many items.

Most LED and glow items will last for 6 months to 2 years although there may be some battery deterioration in that time. Glow items should be stored in a cool, dark place in their original packaging.

Should you have a problem with the quality of the goods you purchased from us, please let us know as soon as possible. We may ask you to send back a sample of the problem goods for inspection. In this case, we will provide a return number which you should quote in all correspondance about the item/s. If we agree that your claim is valid, we will refund or replace the faulty items and refund the postal costs you incurred to return the items to us.
